The Gyeonggi International Forum convenes at a pivotal moment
when emerging global challenges continue to imperil human dignity
and the sustainability of our shared future. In response to the
disparities in opportunity, human marginalization, and other
societal issues intensified by the advancement of cutting-edge
technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Forum aims to
bring together collective insight and global expertise to seek
constructive solutions

Building on the 2024 Forum, which examined “The Impact and Ethics
of Technology through AI and Humanomics,” the 2025 Gyeonggi
International Forum places at its core the theme of “Human-Centered
Transformation: Designing Social Institutions Beyond Technology and
Elevating the Value of Life.” This year’s program will engage with
concrete policy domains—including inequality, climate, care, and
labor—to foster rigorous international discourse and explore
actionable pathways forward

The 2025 Forum will be held over the course of two days and will
comprise an Opening Ceremony, a Plenary Session, four Thematic
Sessions, and a Closing Ceremony. In addition to the main program,
the Forum will feature curated exhibitions and experiential
activities designed to introduce key policy initiatives of Gyeonggi
Province and provide attendees with an enriched participatory
experience.
